Peter Finley

Co-Founder, COO

Mr. Finley has over 30 years of experience in private equity and startups. He co-founded and was Managing Principal of Thompson Street Capital Partners, a private equity firm managing $450M in institutional funds. He has raised over $1 billion in public and private equity and debt financings, managed multiple initial public offerings and secondary offerings, and has purchased and exited more than 35 companies. He was Senior Managing Director at Harbour Group, a St. Louis private equity firm, and a founding Member of Prosper Women Entrepreneurs Accelerator. In 2010, he co-founded and served as COO/CFO of the cybersecurity firm Observable Networks. He served on the Boards of numerous public and private companies. He was awarded participation in the NIH I-Corps and C3i programs.
